Detention houses instead of prisons… Too radical or not radical enough?

Berit Johnsen is prison researcher and leading the research department of KRUS (University College of Norwegian Correctional Service). Sebastian Scheerer is professor emeritus of criminology and calls himself an abolitionist.
She comes from Norway, he comes from Germany. Both are critical supporters of detention houses, but would it be too radical for them to replace all prisons with detention houses? Or not radical enough? We’ll ask them!
